Rightshouse is in Uruguay in connection with an evaluation of Union to Union, a Swedish civil society organization that provides support to trade unions and labour rights organizations in about 80 countries around the world.The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of Union to Union’s different models for providing support.
