Rightshouse provides training and mentoring services on various human rights issues, as well as on planning, monitoring and evaluating development interventions. Assignments carried out include:
- Long-term mentoring support for the European Roma Rights Centre in strengthening planning, monitoring and learning processes.
- Training on actor-focused Results-Based Management for staff and partners of the Swedish embassies in Albania, Kosovo and Moldova and for the Eurolatin department at Sida Stockholm.
- Training and mentoring to Geological Survey of Sweden’s (SGU) ITP on Mine Water and Mine Waste Management. The assignment was tailored to enhance the programme’s Theory of Change and refining its Results-Based Management (RBM) practices, with a specific emphasis on monitoring and reporting.
- Mentoring, support and training in strategic planning and adaptive management to the Karolinska institute’s programme Building Capacity for Sustainable Development in Fragile States. The Theory of Change and intervention logic was elaborated with an actor-focused methodology.
